How to return or replace products purchased in our store?

According to European Law, customers have the right to return a product without specifying the reason for 14 days since the day of purchase.

The buyer should return the product in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary under common practice.
Additionally, the count and quality of product(s) sent should be same as when delivered, with the exclusion of the first sentence.
Purchased goods should be sent with all of the attached accessories, for example: spare parts, manuals, original packaging, even if said packaging was damaged in the process of returning
the product.

1. In case of wanting to return the product...

Products should be sent at client's expense to this address:

with a written statement about withdrawing from the agreement, including a bank account number, to which RallyShop.pl should return product costs.
After verifying abovementioned conditions, funds will be sent to the specified account number in no longer than 14 days. We do not accept parcels marked as "cash on delivery".
Costs of returning the parcel are not compensated by the shop.

2. In case of wanting to replace the product...

Product should be sent at client's expense to this address:

Before sending the product please contact us under this phone number (56) 652-12-12 in order to check availability for
the product that client wants as replacement, as well as the delivery method and address to which the mentioned product should be sent to.
Please include a written notice containing the information mentioned in the previous sentence.

The right to withdraw from the purchase agreement applies only to consumer sales and is valid only in situations of purchases made by individuals,
who make purchases not related to their business activity. In case of returning products bought by companies and other businesses, the shop
reserves the right to decline a return or a replacement of a product.
