Terms of Use for the Online Store:
- Using the Online Store is possible provided that the teleinformation system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
- - A computer or mobile device with internet access
- - Access to email
- - Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer web browser with enabled support for Cookies and Java in the current version
- Using the Online Store encompasses any action taken by the Customer that leads to their familiarity with the content contained within the Store.
- The Customer is obliged, in particular, to:
- - Not provide or transmit content prohibited by law, such as content promoting violence, defamation, or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties
- - Use the Online Store in a manner that does not disrupt its functioning, especially through the use of specified software or devices
- - Not engage in actions such as sending or placing unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the Online Store
- - Use the Online Store in a manner that is not burdensome to other Customers and the Seller
- - Use all content posted within the Online Store solely for personal use
- - Use the Online Store in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, and the general principles of using the internet
Services:
- - The Seller provides access to free Services through the Online Store, which are provided by the Seller 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- - The Service of maintaining an Account in the Online Store is available after registration. Registration is done by completing and accepting the registration form provided on one of the Online Store's pages. The agreement for the provision of the Service, consisting of maintaining an Account in the Online Store, is concluded for an indefinite period and is terminated upon the Customer's request to delete the Account
- - The Customer has the possibility of receiving commercial information from the Seller in the form of messages sent to the email address provided by the Customer (Newsletter Service). To do this, the Customer must provide a valid email address or activate the appropriate field in the registration form or the Order form. The Customer can withdraw consent to receive commercial information at any time. The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service is concluded for an indefinite period and is terminated upon the Customer's request to delete their email address from the Newsletter subscription or by unsubscribing using the link provided in the content of the message sent as part of the Newsletter service
- - Customer reviews can be submitted through the OPiNEO.pl portal
- - Reviews can only be submitted for actually purchased Goods from the Online Store and by the Customer who made the purchase of the reviewed Goods. It is prohibited to enter fictional or apparent Sales Agreements for the purpose of submitting reviews about the Goods. A review of the Online Store can be submitted by a person who is a Customer of the Online Store
- - Adding reviews by Customers must not be used for unlawful activities, particularly actions constituting unfair competition or actions violating personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Seller or third parties. The Customer adding a review is obliged to act in accordance with the law, these Regulations, and good practices
- - The Seller ensures that the published reviews come from its Customers who have purchased the respective Goods
§2 Product pricing
All of the prices displayed at RallyShop.com are gross prices (VAT tax included).
§3 Placing orders
Buyers can place orders:
- - through our online store under the address www.RallyShop.com
- - by calling us using one of the provided telephone numbers: (+48) 56 652-12-12 / 500-456-567 / 500-601-901 / 501-501-599
- - personally at our headquarters.
The primary requirement for fulfilling orders made through the online store is providing valid information in the purchase order form by the client.
Upon client's request CRONIC company issues an invoice. The invoice will be included in the shipped parcel.
§4 Shipment and payment
Products will be shipped by a package delivery company.
The delivery charge is covered by the Buyer unless terms of the agreement state otherwise.
Delivery costs are estimated individually during placement of the order. Fees depend on the country of package delivery and size of the parcel.
After accepting the order, a member of our staff will contact the Buyer via email in order to determine the amount of the delivery charge.
The Company accepts no liability for delivery damage. Buyer is required to check the parcel in the presence of a courier and in case of any damage to the parcel, to prepare a damage survey, which should be sent to us via email as it shall be the basis for your complaint.
Claims on the basis of mechanical damage or parcel shortages shall be considered strictly on the grounds of damage protocol written in the presence of the courier. The Buyer is required to notify the Company immediately, or at least within 72 hours, of such occurrence.
Accepting the parcel without reservations deprives the Buyer from the right to claim on the grounds of defect or mechanical damage.

Following the acceptance of the order by a member of our staff, the Buyer shall make the payment by a bank transfer to the Company’s bank account.

Paying with credit card
After placing an order the client is redirected to a third-party website, where she/he can finalize her/his order using said website.

- - Parcels are shipped daily from monday to friday.
- - Clients can pay for their orders using following methods:
§5 Refund policy
In accordance with the Act on protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous object of 2 nd March 2000 (Journal of Laws of Republic of Poland [Dz.U.] No. 22, item 271), the Buyer shall has the right to withdraw from the contract and returned purchased product without specifying reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery. Purchased product may only be returned if it is intact, this means that the product shall be in the original packaging, with its complete contents and that the product itself and its elements bear no signs of use.
If Buyer exercises the right to withdraw in accordance with subsection 1 hereof, then the Buyer should at the Buyer’s own expense return the goods to the following address: Cronic, Włocławska 91 B-C street, 87-100 Torun, Poland with a written notice concerning the withdrawal from the contract with an account number specified by the Buyer, to which the Company shall refund the payments. A copy of the written notice should be also send to CRONIC via email. Within 7 days from receiving the notice and after verification of abovementioned conditions the Company shall refund the payments to indicated account. The Company shall not accept cash on delivery (COD) parcels.
Abovementioned right applies exclusively to consumer sale made by means of distance communication and applies strictly to private individuals, who purchase goods unrelated to their business activity.
Products modified on the Buyer’s request are unreturnable.
If the order was free of delivery charge on the basis of §4 subsection 3, and the Buyer shall return the parcel or its elements within 10 days without specifying reasons, the refund of payment shall be reduced by the delivery charge. The Buyer will have to cover the delivery charge also when he was exempt from the payment during placing the order.
If Buyer returns the goods within 10 days without specifying reasons, the refund of payments made by Pay Pal or credit card shall be reduced by the amount of 4% commission for PayPal or credit card payments respectively and by abovementioned delivery charge, if applicable.
§6 Additional information
- Although the Company’s staff makes efforts to ensure that information featured at www.RallyShop.com is accurate and validated, the Company reserves the right to possible mistakes in product descriptions and pictures, especially concerning demonstrative pictures not owned by nor labeled with the logo of RallyShop.com.
- Products offered at RallyShop.com are new, free from any physical and legal flaws, and were introduced to the market in accordance to Polish law. If the offered product was used (f. e. an exhibit), it will be mentioned specifically in the product description.
- All products offered at RallyShop.com are covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
- All trademarks and products’ names used in the text are reserved for their owners and are used by the Company solely for the purpose of identification.
- Hereby website does not constitute an offer in law.
- If any issue not specified herein occur, the provisions of Polish Civil Code of 23 rd April 1964 apply (Journal of Laws 1964 No.16 item 93).
